Comprehensive project management: we offer comprehensive project management to our clients, effectively coordinating all players involved in the design process in order to achieve the final goal: the completion of the project within the deadline and at the quality level and cost previously agreed with the client.
Works management: the Project Management team takes charge of tendering, negotiations, works contracts, the acquisition of equipment, budget control, cash flow and works coordination; tasks in which we work closely alongside our Works Supervision and Control team.
Risk Management: in BNP Paribas Real Estate we supervise the cost, time frames and quality of a project completed and managed by a third party, in order to ensure compliance with the conditions initially approved.
Due Diligence: we audit assets, evaluating their condition so as to identify the main risks associated with investment projects.
