- For several years now, BNP Paribas Real Estate has been making determined efforts to hire and integrate handicapped employees, notably by approaching specialised support centres and implementing priority recruitment procedures. We also conduct regular company-wide campaigns to raise handicap awareness and provide specific assistance for handicapped employees (e.g. subsidised hearing aids).
