Crecimiento del PIB español: se prevé un 2,9 % en 2025 y 2,4 % en 2026, mucho superior a la media de la zona euro (≈1,5 %).

Contratación logística: en T4 2025 se firmaron 305.592 m² (↑ 11,3 % YoY); el acumulado anual alcanza 1.081.381 m² (+3,64 % vs. 2024).

Renta: la renta media se situó en 5,49 €/m²/mes (↑ 2,2 % anual) y la renta Prime en 7,50 €/m²/mes (↑ 11,1 % anual).

Disponibilidad: la tasa de vacantes cayó a 8,98 % en T4 2025, estabilizándose tras la fuerte demanda.

Oferta futura: se prevén 175.650 m² de proyectos en construcción o con licencia para 2026, cifra mucho menor que los años anteriores.

Operaciones destacadas: autopromoción de 76.262 m² en Tórtola de Henares, 30.000 m² en Pinto (uso propio) y “llave en mano” de 27.554 m² en Tórtola de Henares.
