  • España sigue siendo uno de los países más atractivos para los turistas. 
  • El ADR medio de lo que llevamos de 2023 se sitúa en 110,75€, cifra que representa un crecimiento anual del 8,77%.
  • En cuanto al análisis de la ocupación, observamos unos niveles medios de 68,15% en 2023 (ene-sept), que supone un 7,73% más que en el mismo periodo de 2022.
  • Finalmente, el RevPAR, se sitúa en 76,40€ en 2023, un 15,75% más que el mismo periodo del 2022.
