Growing green buildings
All schemes are studied with a BBC level (France's low energy-use building standard) and energy use level at least 50% below the 2005 thermal regulations…
All the buildings constructed by the Corporate Property Development business line have the HQE label (France's High Environmental Quality badge) with high energy performance levels. This continuous quest for the best environmental quality means its properties meet the requirements of investors and building users, in both environmental and financial terms.
In residential property, we are committed to applying for certification for every property we produce.
In France, BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Development in Residential also set up the "Green Suppliers Charter" in 2010, which requires its service providers to comply with environmentally responsible practices and certifications.
In Italy, the "Residenze Dalia", a first residential development, subscribes to an environmentally-friendly philosophy. The buildings are in energy class A and are highly efficient in terms of heat and sound insulation.
